POLYCONOMICS, INC. FORMS NEW DIVISION; ZOAKOS NAMED DIRECTOR
 MORRISTOWN, N.J., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Polyconomics, Inc., today announced the formation of a new division, Global 2000 Perspective, naming Criton Zoakos as director of the new division. Global 200 Perspective will provide incisive analyses of emerging markets throughout the world.
 "Mr. Zoakos's appointment," said President Jude Wanniski, "reflects our commitment to international economic and political analysis. We at Polyconomics are pleased that we can offer our clients the expertise in evaluating how political events and changes in fiscal and monetary policy impact economic growth and capital markets."
 The new division will include a monthly prospectus providing succinct examinations of global investment prospects, as well as "on the margin" reports pertaining to global markets. Polyconomics has this year issued studies on Russia, China, Mexico, Argentina, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
 As director, Mr. Zoakas will be responsible for all international political and economic intelligence and research. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Zoakos was a consultant to the U.S. National Security Council, specializing in Soviet and Middle East issues. Mr. Zoakos is a graduate of the City College of New York with a B.A. in Economics and a doctoral candidate at The Catholic University of America. In addition, Mr. Zoakos did post-graduate work at the Universities of Hamburg and Cologne, Germany.
