 POLAR MOLECULAR CORPORATION MAKES FORMAL COMPLAINT TO FTC;
 CHARGES MAJOR COMPETITOR ILLEGALLY BARRED ENTRY TO MARKETS
 SAGINAW, Mich., May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The following was released today by Polar Molecular Corporation:
 Polar Molecular Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PMCX) said today that it has filed with the Federal Trade Commission a formal complaint against a major company which, it said, used illegal methods to disrupt and delay PMC's entry into the fuel additive markets.
 Provided to the FTC were more than 200 documents and affidavits which PMC said prove that the competing company, fearing a loss of its own share of the market because of the unique benefits of PMC's patented products, deliberately slandered those products and interfered with business relationships. The conspiracy caused the smaller, emerging technology company a loss of millions of dollars in revenues and earnings over the past five years.
 PMC said the evidence given to the FTC was gathered and verified by the well-known and respected investigation agency, Bauer Investigations, Inc. of New York, which informed the company that, "Competitors sought to undermine Polar Molecular Corporation by disseminating erroneous information regarding Polar's products. One competitor appears to have assigned an employee to this task full time."
 Bauer added that, "Former ranking personnel of PMC were involved with adversarial groups in an effort to stop the advancement of Polar and its products, and attempts have been made to discredit management." Bauer said that its information proves that outside investors as well as financial and business consultants, are implicated in the effort to stop PMC's entry into the marketplace and gain control of the company's patents.
