PNEUMAFIL ACQUIRES CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND OTHER PROPERTY FROM FLEET AEROSPACE

 TORONTO, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleet Aerospace, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLAI) announced today that Pneumafil Corporation has acquired certain precision machining equipment and other property used by Fleet's Langley Division in the production of enclosures, cabinets and consoles used primarily for military electronics. In addition, Pneumafil has hired certain key technical and manufacturing employees of Langley. The transfer of equipment and personnel to Pneumafil's Charlotte, N.C. plant will be completed by February, 1994.
 Fleet will continue to operate the Langley Division in other non- competing product lines and will complete all obligations on present contracts.
