PNC Financial Services Group Inc's (NYSE:PNC) board of directors has approved a common stock cash dividend of USD0.95 per share for the quarter, the company revealed on Thursday.

The dividend has a payment date of 5 May 2019 and will be paid on the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business on 16 April 2019.

In addition, the board authorised cash dividends on its series B, P, Q, R and S preferred stocks.

Series B will pay a quarterly dividend of USD0.45 per share on 10 June 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 May 2019; series P will pay a quarterly dividend of USD1,531.25 per share (USD0.3828125 per each depositary share, 4,000 of which represent one share of its stock) on 1 May 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 16 April 2019; and series Q will pay a quarterly dividend of USD1,343.75 per share (USD0.3359375 per depositary share, 4,000 of which represent one share of its stock) on 1 June 2019 or the next business day, to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 May 2019.

The series R preferred stock will pay a semi-annual dividend of USD2,425.00 per share (USD24.25 per depositary share, 100 of which represent one share of its stock) on 1 June 2019 or the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 May 2019; and series S will pay a semi-annual dividend of USD2,500.00 per share (USD25.00 per depositary share, 100 of which represent one share of its stock) on 1 May 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 16 April 2019.
