PNC Bank Corp. Declares Initial Dividend On Preferred Stock, Series F

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of PNC Bank Corp. (NYSE: PNC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $.6808 on the Fixed/Adjustable Rate Noncumulative Preferred Stock, Series F, payable Dec. 31, 1996, to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 13, 1996. The Series F Preferred Stock was issued Oct. 9.
