PML-N\'s MPA, Gulfam passes away.

LAHORE -- Khurram Gulfam, Member Punjab Assembly (MPA), belonging to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) passed away at the Services Hospital in Lahore here on Tuesday.
Gulfam earlier had fell into a coma due to the complications amid a surgery at the hospital. Due to worsening condition, medics had declared his condition critical on July 11. He was admitted to the hospital for removal of a stomach tumor.
Keeping in view medics recklessness, relatives of late MPA accused doctors for his deteriorated condition stating that their negligence had taken his life ultimately.
Gulfam hailed from Sheikupura, was elected as MPA on the PML-N ticket in 2013 general elections. His father was also a member of the Punjab Assembly from 1985 to 1988.
Gulfam received his early education from Aitchison College, Lahore. He graduated from Government College, Lahore and obtained the degree of M.A. (English) in 2001 from University of the Punjab.
He also graduated in Law in 2004 from Pakistan College of Law in Lahore. Later in 2007, he served as Tehsil Naib Nazim, Muridke. Khurram Gulfam had worked as a lawyer and an agriculturist as well.
