PIZZA SHOP OWNER FACES SECOND ALLEGATION.

Byline: Charles F. Bostwick Staff Writer

A Palmdale pizza shop owner arrested on suspicion of drug possession has been charged with trying to use drugs to encourage a teen-age girl to have sex with him, a sheriff's official said Wednesday.

But investigators have found no evidence that Kourosh ``Eddie'' Ehteshami of Palmdale was involved in producing pornography movies with teen-age girls, as deputies said they were told before they obtained search warrants for his apartment, pizza shop and office.

Ehteshami, 35, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor with intention to seduce, in addition to the original charge of furnishing a controlled substance, methamphetamine, to a minor, Sgt. Mike Becker said.

Becker said the charge was added when a girl came forward after news reports of Ehteshami's arrest. He declined to provide details, saying the girl and witnesses fear retaliation.

Deputies who searched Ehteshami's apartment, pizza shop and office on Monday seized 16 VHS videotapes, undeveloped rolls of 35 mm film, 8 mm videotapes and a computer hard drive. Becker said nothing was seized from his shop, Famous Two for One Pizza.

Investigators have viewed the 16 VHS videotapes, and all appeared to be commercially produced, X-rated videotapes with adult participants, Becker said.

They have not yet viewed the 8 mm videotapes and are awaiting the development of the 35 mm film canisters, Becker said. The computer hard drive has been turned over to FBI experts, who will examine it, Becker said.
