 PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK LOWERS PRIME LENDING RATE
 PITTSBURGH, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- A decrease of 1/2 percent in the prime lending rate charged by Pittsburgh National Bank was announced today by James E. Rohr, chairman and chief executive officer.
 The new rate of 6 percent is effective Thursday, July 2, 1992.
