INGREDIENTS 10 smoked streaky bacon rashers, rind removed 20 pork chipolatas METHOD Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6. Take a bacon rasher, place it on a board and scrape the blade of a knife along it, while pulling on its end, so the bacon stretches out. Cut each piece in half to make 20 short, thin slices.
Wrap each chipolata in a half-piece of bacon, then put them on a baking sheet, with the ends of the bacon facing down. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes, turn ing occasionally until the bacon is crispy and the chipolatas cooked through.
