Catch Hilary Swank's outstanding performance in Boys Don't Cry, which opens at cinemas across the region this week, rated 18.

The actress received a much-deserved Oscar for her role in the movie. It follows the true story of Teena Brandon, a white trash Nebraskan girl who lived her life as a boy and was eventually brutally raped and murdered. Great performance also from Chloe Sevigny as the girl who becomes his lover.
