PHP HEALTHCARE WINS $106 MILLION IN NAVY CONTRACTS

 ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- PHP Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: PPH) announced today that it had been competitively selected by the U.S. Navy to continue operation of outpatient medical centers in Virginia, California, and South Carolina. The total potential value of the contracts including all option periods is $106 million. These awards bring PHP's government contract backlog to over $200 million. The company currently anticipates that, regardless of current base closure plans, the demand for outpatient services will continue.
