 PHOENIX NETWORK ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF MARC L. GOYETTE
 SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Network (NASDAQ: PHXN) today announced that Marc L. Goyette has resigned as president, chief operating officer and as a director. Robert Curtis, chief executive officer, will assume Goyette's principle duties.
 Tom Bell, founder and chairman of the board, said, "Bob Curtis has done as outstanding job at Phoenix. We are confident that with our established leadership, our strong business foundation and expanding customer base will continue to stimulate Phoenix's future growth. At the same time, we wish Marc well in his future endeavors."
 Phoenix Network is a recognized leader in the non-facilities based resale of long distance telephone service to residential and small- to medium-sized businesses and then rebills these service to smaller users at rates typically below those they could attain on their own. It also provides custom billing and management reports tailored to specific customer needs.
