PHC Chief Justice lashes at doctors negligent attitude.

Peshawar, July 05, 2010 (Balochistan Times): Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Dost Muhammad has remarked that because of doctors negligence the bereaved families keep the dead bodies of their blue eyed on different Squares. Chief Justice said that if doctors strive their best to serve humanity then despite their failure to the save the lives of patients but their relatives burry their blue eyed but without any grievances from doctors. After a dictator ruler used the term executive now owners of syrup-pharmaceuticals have become Chief Executive. Health Department should keep the attitudes of doctors on right track. The Chief Justice remarked it while hearing the arguments of Muhammad Ayub son of Muhammad Yaqoob, resident of Tehkal allegedly arrested in 302, whereas the solicitor had shown himself in the application for bail as a cardiac patient. His pleader solicited before the court that his client seeks judicial concession as he was a cardiac patient while the bench hearing arguments issued the directives to DG Health and Chief Executive Lady Ready Hospital to inspect the patient and submit their report to the court within 20 days.
