PGA HIRES COUNSEL

 HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Gas Association (PGA) has announced that effective Nov. 1, 1993, Daniel J. Regan Jr., will be serving as general counsel.
 Regan comes to the association with more than 10 years of experience in energy regulation and utility law. Immediately prior to joining the association, Regan spent more than five years in the Washington office of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, a nationally known, California-based law firm. Regan also practiced utility law in the Washington office of Reid & Priest, and the Dallas firm of Worsham, Forsythe, Sampels & Wooldridge.
 Regan is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, and he received his undergraduate degree from the George Washington University.
 PGA is a statewide trade association representing 21 natural gas distribution utilities, 11 interstate pipeline companies and more than 75 allied organizations. PGA member companies distribute approximately 82 percent of the natural gas delivered to the 1.97 million customers in Pennsylvania.
