PETERSTONE Fishery is really [...]; ANGLINGBRIEF.

PETERSTONE Fishery is really on song with big catches from all the lakes.

The Birch Lake produced 29 carp over 20lb during the week and Richard Cronin banked four to 27lb in just a few hours fishing with boilies on the hook over a bed of boilies as groundbait.

Another Cardiff angler who did well was Richard Bedford who landed so many double figure fish that he lost count.

The small lakes are good for big hauls of carp, bream, orfe, rudd and barbel and at night the bigger carp are feeding well as 15-year-old David Bevan discovered when his after-dark session resulted in a catch of 17 carp to 18lb.
