MESUT OZIL saluted Arsenal's "sexy football" after they turned on the style to make it a perfect 10 wins in a row.
The Gunners produced a thrilling fightback from 1-0 down against Leicester, capped by one of the team goals of the season - watched by former boss Arsene Wenger on his first return to the Emirates since leaving in May. Ozil was Arsenal's inspiration, scoring the equaliser before helping set up sub Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's quickfire double as Unai Emery's men moved up to fourth, replacing local rivals Tottenham.
And the German, who skippered his side, said: "We played some sexy football tonight. Proud captain of this team and this club."
Arsenal enjoyed a huge slice of luck when Rob Holding, already on a booking, somehow got away with a blatant first-half handball.
Leicester boss Claude Puel said: "I didn't understand why the referee didn't give a penalty and a second yellow card. It changed the game."
The Foxes took the lead through Hector Bellerin's own goal only for the Spaniard to tee up Ozil's equaliser on the stroke of half-time.
Leicester finished with 10 men after Jamie Vardy went off after they had made all three subs. Puel added: "Jamie was ill and he could not come back into the game.
"He could not digest the penalty decision."
