PERCEPTRONICS DEBENTURE PAYMENT MORATORIUM EXTENDED WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Perceptronics Inc.
(NASDAQ: PERC) announced today that the previously reported moratorium deferring the due date of a required $1.7 million annual sinking fund payment from Nov. 2, 1992, to Nov. 9, 1992, has been extended to Nov. 20, 1992, by agreement of its lenders. The parties are continuing negotiations relative to restructuring the company's long-term debt obligation.
