     PENTLAND GROUP PLC TO SELL HOLDING IN REEBOK INTERNATIONAL
    NEW YORK, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pentland Group plc (London: PNDL) today agreed to sell all of its holding of 11,750,000 shares in Reebok International Ltd. (NYSE: RBK) to The First Boston Corporation and Montgomery Securities at a price of $26.3815 per share against a closing market price on Dec. 9, 1991 of $26.25 per share.  The sale will raise approximately $310 million in cash for Pentland.
    S.G. Warburg & Co. Inc. acted as auction agent in relation to the solicitation and receipt of competing offers to purchase Pentland's holding in Reebok.
