 PENNVEST MEETING TO BE HELD TOMORROW
 The board of directors of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment


Authority (PENNVEST) will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Governor's Residence, 2035 N. Front St., Harrisburg, Pa., to consider funding requests for local water and sewer projects.
 Secretary of Environmental Resources Arthur A. Davis, vice-chairman of the board, will preside.
