 PENNDOT REVISES LIBERTY TUNNEL ADVISORY, ISSUES TRAFFIC ALERTS
 PITTSBURGH, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today issued the following traffic alerts:
 -- Liberty Tunnels - Pittsburgh:
 This is a revision of the Liberty Tunnel traffic advisory which ran Thursday.
 On Sunday, Nov. 8, at 10 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 9, at 5:30 a.m., the inbound lanes of the tunnel to Pittsburgh will be closed. A single lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained through the outbound tunnel. The posted detour is along Route 51 to the West End Circle to Carson Street to the Fort Pitt Bridge.
 This operation is also scheduled for Nov. 9, 10 and 11 between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. with the same traffic patterns.
 On Nov. 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18 the the outbound tunnel will be closed and outbound traffic will be maintained through the inbound tunnel. Inbound traffic will be detoured along Route 51 to the West End Circle to Carson Street to the Fort Pitt Bridge.
 The ventilation shafts, located in the center of the tunnel, are being cleaned and inspected.
 Weather will have no effect on this schedule.
 -- Airport Expressway - Moon Township:
 Monday, Nov. 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the left lane northbound will be closed on the Airport Expressway from about one mile north of the Moon Interchange (Exit 3) to about one-half mile north of the McClaren Run Interchange (Exit 4). On Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the left and center lanes northbound will be closed (the right northbound lane will remain open) in the same vicinity. The work schedule is subject to weather conditions.
 -- Whittengale Road - North Fayette Township:
 Monday, Nov. 9, through Monday, Nov. 23, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., traffic on Whittengale Road between Noblestown and North Branch roads will be reduced to a single lane, alternating, during slide repair operations. The work schedule is subject to weather conditions.
 -- Lovi Road - New Sewickley Township, Beaver County:
 Tuesday, Nov. 10, until Monday, Nov. 16, around the clock, Lovi Road will be closed between Freedom Crider and Steel School roads during pipe replacement. Tuesday, Nov. 17, through Friday, Nov. 20, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., traffic will be reduced to one lane, alternating, in the same vicinity. The work schedule is subject to weather conditions.
