 NIGHTTIME TRAVEL ON I-95 SOUTH NEXT WEEK
 ST. DAVIDS, Pa., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Weeknight construction to resurface 16 bridge decks on southbound Interstate 95 in Philadelphia will continue next week (Oct. 26-30) and motorists can expect to face lengthy backups and delays when traveling between the Cottman and Allegheny Avenue interchanges, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
 I-95 will be restricted to one lane each night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. In addition, the southbound off-ramp to Bridge Street will be closed Monday and Tuesday nights (Oct. 26-27) and the Allegheny Avenue off-ramp on Wednesday and Thursday nights (Oct. 28-29). Drivers are advised to use the Allegheny Avenue exit when the Bridge Street off-ramp is shut down and either the Bridge Street or Girard Avenue exit when the Allegheny Avenue off-ramp is restricted from use.
 The resurfacing project is expected to be completed by Friday (Oct. 30), weather permitting. The general contractor is Glasgow, Inc. of Glenside, Pa.
