 MALDEN, Mass., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Peer Review Analysis, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: PRAI), a leading provider of managed healthcare review services, today announced financial results for the year ending Dec. 31, 1991. Revenue for the year increased 44 percent over 1990 from $5.67 million to $8.19 million. Net income rose 36 percent over the same period from $126,773 or 8.2 cents a share in 1990 to $171,060 or 10 cents a share in 1991. PRA's 1991 revenue was in line with the company's expectations.

PRA's services are a component of the healthcare programs of more than eight million people nationwide. Its clients include major commercial health insurance companies, classical indemnity plans, HMOs, third-party healthcare administrators and employer groups.
