PEC Solutions Announces $12 Million Award from Navy Office of General Counsel; Company to Provide Litigation Support Services.

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2003

PEC Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ NM:PECS), a professional technology services firm specializing in e-Government solutions, announced today that the company was awarded a 3 year, $12 million contract to provide litigation support to the Navy Office of General Counsel (OGC).

PEC will assist the Navy and its Iran Litigation Program by providing research support and documentary evidence for Department of State responses to Iranian claims. PEC will provide numerous support services including: program management; research, collection and analysis of claims documentation; logistical and financial reconciliation; and ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Navy's Iran Reconciliation Information System.

Iranian claims are being litigated by the Department of State with support and assistance from the Military Departments. The Navy OGC is the Navy's lead organization.
