 What: First Day on the Job ceremony with "charge" from Rendell
 and Paquette to participants
 Details:
 Phil-a-Job provides a broad array of educational and employment opportunities for Philadelphia area youth. The 1992 campaign offers employment in large corporations, basic education and career exploration, and special trade and service programs for youth ages 14 to 21. An estimated 7,800 young people are expected to participate this summer.
 Phil-a-Job is a public/private partnership operated by the Private Industry Council of Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition. More than 220 local businesses, 120 non-profit organizations, and the School District of Philadelphia provide support and services.
