PBM announces free transport to provide relief goods for IDPs.

ISLAMABAD, 22 May, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- Managing Director Pakistan Bait ul Mal, (PBM) Zamarrud Khan has announced free transport facility from Islamabad to Jalozai for students, doctors and NGOs, charitable who want to access the IDPs with relief goods. During his visit to Jalozai Camp, MD PBM met disabled persons and assured them that their data has been compiled and Wheel Chairs will be provided to them very soon. In this regard, various teams of PBM are engaged to look after IDPs round the clock, and providing them a family package consisting of 25 items including atta, sugar and pulses; more so PBM has also set up stall of meal, cold water and drinks in camps for displaced persons. Each household is being provided with Rs. 5000/- in cash. PBM has also arranged fans for these wretched people to brace the extreme hot weather. Zamarrud Khan assured the IDPs that government is doing everything to minimize their agonies and rehabilitate them.
