 PAUL MANSON APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF PARAMAX SYSTEMS CANADA, INC.
 MCLEAN, Va., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramax Systems Corporation has announced that Paul D. Manson has assumed the presidency of Paramax Systems Canada, Inc., an operating unit of Paramax Systems Corporation. Paramax, formerly Unisys Defense Systems, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS).
 Paramax Systems Canada is Canada's premier manager and integrator of large electronic systems, a leader in shipborne and airborne systems. The firm supplies the highly advanced combat system aboard the new Canadian Patrol Frigate and will develop the mission avionics system for Canada's proposed New Shipborne Aircraft, an advanced maritime patrol helicopter.
 Manson, Paramax Systems Canada's senior vice president of operations since October 1990, replaced Dr. W. Lee Shevel who had served as president since November 1988. Manson joined Paramax Systems Corporation in McLean, as director, strategic planning in 1990, having retired as chief of defence staff of the Canadian Forces in 1989. "I am greatly looking forward to the challenge," Manson said. "Lee Shevel and a strong management team have turned Paramax Systems Canada into Canada's leading systems integrator -- a truly world-class organization." Shevel will rejoin Paramax's corporate headquarters in McLean.
