PAT ON BACK FOR PLAYERS.

By PAUL O'HEHIR PAT FENLON has urged his Bohs players to keep proving people wrong by banking another three points tonight.

The big games are coming thick and fast for the battling Gypsies who are continuing to string the points together.

After holding Shamrock Rovers and seeing off Sligo last week, they now host Derry City this evening.

Fenlon, inset, - who lost no sleep about bowing out of the EA Sports Cup on Monday - wants to keep the run going and is targeting another league win.

"If you said we'd be in this position at the start of the season I'd have said you were off your trolley.

"It's all down to the players and staff who have worked very, very hard in very poor circumstances.

"Derry are a decent side and Stephen Kenny is building his squad like we're doing and we're probably a year behind them.

"They're a decent side but we're at home and we'd like to win it."
