PARTNERS OIL COMPANY MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT

 OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Partners Oil Company (NASDAQ: PAROA) announced that on Sept. 20, 1993, the company definitively settled the Harris County, Texas lawsuit styled Partners Oil Company v. E. Ralph Daniel, et al. The lawsuit involved allegations between the company and certain former officers and directors, and arose out of the 1992 change in control of the company.
