 PARK-OHIO, UAW ANNOUNCE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
 CLEVELAND, May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Officials of Park-Ohio


Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKOH), and the United Auto Workers International Union have announced a tentative agreement to settle a nine-year strike at the Company's Ohio Crankshaft Division, 3800 Harvard Road, which began on July 11, 1983.
 Details of the tentative agreement have not been released, pending ratification of the pact by members of U.A.W. Local 91.
