 PARAMOUNT PICTURES APPOINTS BRYAN D. ALLEN
 SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE ADVERTISING
 HOLLYWOOD, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Bryan D. Allen has been appointed senior vice president, creative advertising, for the Motion Picture Group of Paramount Pictures, it was announced today.
 He will be responsible for creating and supervising production of print advertising for Paramount feature film releases, reporting to Arthur Cohen, president of worldwide marketing for the Motion Picture Group. Allen joins Paramount after serving as creative director and senior partner of Ikon Creative Services Inc., a Los Angeles entertainment advertising company.
 "Bryan Allen is an exciting creative force whose energy and personal style will make a tremendous contribution to Paramount's marketing and advertising department," Cohen said.
 Before co-founding Ikon Creative Services in 1991, Allen served as creative director-account manager for Dazu Entertainment Advertising from February 1990 to May 1991.
 Prior to that, he was senior director of creative services for RCA/Columbia Pictures Home Video from May 1989 to February 1990. He served as senior art director-project director for Frankfurt + Gips + Balkind, West from November 1988 to May 1989.
 Allen studied fine art painting, sculpture and lithography at the University of Denver, and communication design and illustration at Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles.
