 PARAMAX NAMES CHRIST VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER
 OF ITS ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS DIVISION
 MCLEAN, Va., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramax Systems Corp. today announced that Dennis A. Christ has been named vice president and general manager of its Electronic Systems division. Christ succeeds Albert F. Zettlemoyer who has accepted the position of vice president, Corporate Planning, at Unisys headquarters in Blue Bell, Pa. Paramax is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS)
 Christ has more than 25 years of experience in the information processing industry. Most recently he served as vice president of Business Development for Electronic Systems where he had the overall responsibility for international and domestic marketing and sales, technology planning, strategic planning, and Total Quality Management. Prior to this, he served as vice president of Information Processing Systems for Electronic Systems, with overall profit and loss responsibility for both domestic and international Navy systems and avionics programs.
 Christ joined Paramax's Electronic Systems in August 1988 following four years of marketing and program management with the General Electric (GE) Co. in Syracuse, N.Y. Before joining GE, Christ held a number of marketing, program management and software engineering roles during a 17-year career with the Sperry Corp.
