     PAINEWEBBER INDEPENDENT LIVING MORTGAGE FUND DECLARES DIVIDEND
    BOSTON, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of PaineWebber Independent Living Mortgage Fund, Inc. today announced the declaration of a dividend of 25 cents per share of common stock, payable on Jan. 15, 1992, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31, 1991.  This dividend equals a 10 percent annualized rate of return and is the tenth consecutive quarter for which this dividend will be paid.
