PACIFIC CONCORD MANAGEMENT TO MANAGE FLORIDA RESORT; EATONTOWN FIRM TO ADD STAFF.

EATONTOWN, NJ, Jan. 16, 1995--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eatontown's Pacific Concord Management Corporation -- managers of The Sheraton Eatontown -- has been named manager of the Port of the Island Resort and Marina in Naples FL. The announcement was made by Dan Williams, president of Pacific Concord.

According to Williams, the New Jersey-based firm will be paid an undisclosed management fee to oversee day-to-day operations of the resort property. "We expect to add management and line-level employees to our staff," he said. He explained that some personnel changes at the resort are likely. "A new general manager has already been installed at the property."

Situated on a 500-acre site, The Port of the Islands Resort and Marina is a self sufficient resort community situated between Florida's Everglades and the Gulf of Mexico's 10,000 Islands.

The resort includes a 180 room hotel, marina and a host of amenities including: tennis, boating fishing, pools, fitness room, and volleyball. "The property has been popular for many years with fisherman, naturalists, artists and writers," Williams said. "One of the resorts most popular attractions is the 2-hour narrated cruise through the 10,000 Islands which comprises an unspoiled natural environment teeming with animal life including Naples only manatee sanctuary."

In addition to the three on-site restaurants and two bars, the Port of the Islands is just minutes away from Marco Island and its variety of restaurants, shops and beaches.

Founded in May of 1994, Pacific Concord Management Corporation is based in Eatontown, NJ.
