P2P Ownership Interest Increased to 26% by Planet Zanett; GlobeDrive Creating a Global VPN.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 23, 2001

Planet Zanett, Inc. (NASDAQ:INCU) today announced that it has increased its holdings in, Inc., a global file-sharing utility based on P2P technology.

GlobeDrive is developing proprietary technology for an any-drive-to-any-drive global network via web browser. Planet Zanett will provide operational as well as strategic support.

Yossi Krasnjanski, President of GlobeDrive, emphasizes the fundamental need for humanity to communicate directly. Moreover, GlobeDrive allows select shared access whether its software is installed or not."

GlobeDrive distinguishes itself from other P2P file sharing applications by providing selectivity of access to data and resources, thereby enhancing data security and control. GlobeDrive's scalability enables network implementations from two to more than 200,000 PC's.
