Oxford Health Plan leases 165,00 sf.

Oxford Health Plans, Inc., (OHP) of Darien, Connecticut, has leased 165;000' square feet at The Prudential Realty Group's RiverPark office building in Norwalk.

This is the largest office lease transaction in the Stamford/Norwalk marketplace since 1986.

RiverPark, located at 800 Connecticut Ave., is a 403,000-square-foot, four-story offlce building.

OHP was represented by Joseph V. DiScala of Carson Crane and Richard D. Taylor of Alliance Partners. The Prudential was represented by Richard J. Michaels of Jones Lang Wootton USA. Continental Kiewit, Inc. renegotiated its' lease to make this space available. Continental was represented by Al Remsen of William Pitt.

Fortune magazine recently liste OHP as the 33rd fastest growing con party in America. OHP is recognize as one of the nation's premier manage health care organizations.
