Owens clinches winner.
BODDY PRINTERS SUNDAY LEAGUE KARL Owens headed a crucial winner as North Ormesby pipped Scotts Park is a tight tussle.Scotts Park forced the early pace, but North Ormesby gradually got on top and it took a top class save from Keith Smith from the penalty spot to keep the scores level at the interval.
North Ormesby finally broke through when a cross from Adam O'Rourke was headed home by Owens.
Kader were too strong for Billingham Synthonia and won 7-2. A 25-yard strike from Nathan Liddell put Kader on their way and the same player then added another from distance.
The highlight of the second half was a hat trick from Peter Snaith (16 goals in five games) which was followed by another cracker from Liddell to complete his hat trick.
Karl Agar notched No 7 while Billingham replied with late goals from Darren Best and Tom Cole.
