MadgeTech, Inc. introduces a compact battery-powered, stand-alone thermo-coupled-based oven temperature recorder that can be controlled from a personal computer. The ThermoVault Oven Temperature Recorder features a heavy-duty 316 stainless steel case with PTFE insulation that enables it to profile ovens at 750[degrees] F for up to 12 minutes or 500[degrees] F for up to 45 minutes. Capable of instantly recording, storing, and date-stamping data in real-time, the new temperature recorder can be controlled by a PC and includes easy-to-use Windows[R]-based software. Available in one- and four-channel versions that can record 16,383 reading per channel, this unit can perform from one reading every two hours to one every 12 hours. MadgeTech, Inc.
