Outward Hound to Acquire US Pet Product Firm PetstagesDeal.
16 October 2015 - US-based pet supplies company Outward Hound has acquired US-based pet product company Petstages, the company said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is the third and largest acquisition for Outward Hound, further differentiating the company's product offerings while opening up new retail and specialty distribution channels.
Petstages has developed a line of products, including the Dogwood Chew Stick, Orka chew toys and Invironment scratchers, that address the behavioural needs of pets at all life stages.
The deala[euro]- enables Outward Hound to expand distribution into new retail and specialty channels while introducing new product offerings to its existing customer base.
