Out of step on the time; Yousay IN YOUR OPINION.
Not in Cardiff, it's not, where over the last 15 years or so, it is rarely on time.
The 11th hour or thereabouts, seems good enough for the organisers of the National Service of Remembrance for Wales, where this year it was gone five past 11 before the gun which marks the start of the two-minutes' silence was fired.
We are no longer commemorating some long-past battle casualties; our service men and women are giving up their lives almost daily, yet Cardiff Council and the Welsh Government cannot be bothered to find someone with the organisational skills to honour their sacrifice at the appropriate time.
