Our House: Lady Godiva village's new luxury homes.

KINGS Bromley, the Staffordshire village famous for its ancient Horn Dance and as the spot where Lady Godiva and her husband Leofric had their summer palace, is the location for one of Laing Homes' most luxurious Midlands developments.

Broome Manor is offering homes priced up to almost pounds 500,000. Some of the 15 properties have four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Despite the price tags, one home had already sold and strong interest was being expressed in three others, even before the Blenheim show home opened.

The five-bedroomed Blenheim, available at around pounds 435,000, has a 28ft drawing room and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
