Oui chance for McStay.

Raymond McStay is desperate to clinch a move to French Second Division side Laval next week.

The former Hamilton midfielder, on trial with Laval in two friendlies next week, revealed: "My fiancee is a high school French teacher and spent a year in France, so the language should be no problem.

"Laval like what they saw on the video they were sent, so I have two games next week to try to clinch it.

"I've been training with Celtic recently, so I'm fit and ready for the challenge. It's a great opportunity for me to boost my career."

Dundee striker Gerry Britton is set to sign for Laval on Monday.
