Orion leases in Century City.

In a major transaction arranged by Wilrock National of California, Orion has leased 40,000 square feet of office space at 1888 Century Park East in Century City, California, for its new headquarters.

H. Carl Muhlstein, chief operating officer, and Ben Irlander, president, of Wilrock National of California represented Orion in the four-year leasing transaction, which has an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 million. The building's landlord, an affiliate of JMB, was represented by Ernest Johnson and Mark McCasslin.

According to Muhlstein, Orion's new offices comprise two full floors with a screening room. The size and location better address the company's current operating needs.
