Orange Touch can give rivals the pip; Gene Genie.
Mamool and Dubai Success appear to be in the driving seats in regard to stamina.
Although Mamool's close family is relatively thin on black type, his dam performed well over longer distances and his own stamina is proven. However, he has been lightly raced of late and giving away weight on a belated seasonal debut could be the chink in his armour.
With staying relatives and useful past performances, Dubai Success should be capable of putting this to bed, but it will be worth waiting to see if the cheekpieces can help reverse a disappointing series of runs.
Orange Touch is not over-endowed with black type in his family, but there are some moderate stayers interspersed within. He also has a useful genetic score and Goodwood, where he has won on similar ground, suits his style.
Goodwood: 2.15 Orange Touch (1pt win), 2.50 Lucky Spin (1pt win).
