BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-April 15, 2015-OppenheimerFunds adds strategic account manager


OppenheimerFunds said it has added Nancy Bong as strategic account manager on its team that covers private clients, bank trusts and family offices. The team is now fully staffed, reinforcing the company's strategic drive to expand its core retail base and increase its capabilities in the ultra-high-net-worth market.

Bong previously managed relationships with clients in the private bank and trust channel at Neuberger Berman. Bong and fellow strategic account manager Josean Fernandez have primary responsibility for managing the company's relationships with the private banks, national trust companies and regional and super-regional banks that make up OppenheimerFunds' strategic account list.

In addition to Bong and Fernandez, the company has five sales directors.
