OnlineBenefits Announces Strategic Alliance With Marsh Advantage America.

Distribute Co-branded Version of OnlineBenefits' Benergy(TM) Product

OnlineBenefits, the leading provider of Web-based employee benefits communication and administration solutions, today announced a strategic alliance with Marsh Advantage America, a service of Seabury & Smith, Inc. that designs, manages and administers insurance programs for growing businesses, associations, affinity groups, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and individuals.

The companies will use a co-branded version of OnlineBenefits' Benergy(TM) product to deliver Internet-based employee benefits communication to both new and existing clients. Under the terms of the partnership, Marsh Advantage America will distribute a customized version of Benergy(TM) through more than 250 brokers in its 52 offices nationwide.
