nigel James Cook University Hospital is the jewel in Teesside's crown as far as I am concerned. Why doesn't the hospital reduce the heat in a lot of the rooms and areas of the hospital. I don't want anyone to be cold or uncomfortable, but every time I visit, which has been quite often recently, the place is stiflingly overwarm. I often see wards with their windows open so I'm not imagining things.

burrapete Most hospitals are too warm and waste money because people have to open windows so they can breathe. I haven't seen one that's invested in renewable energy, either.

justacomment They should start switching some lights off, between the globe and the pharmacy, anyone noticed how many they have on? Including display lights, over 100 and that's on a summer day.
