One killed, four injured in a clash between two groups.

SHIKARPUR -- A physically challenged youth was shot dead while four sustained profound bullet wounds in a clash between two groups of Banglani community persons on suspicion of having alleged illicit relations at village Bahram Khan Banglani, in the vicinity of New Faujdari Police Station.

Rasheed Lodhi, SHO concerned police station elaborated that dispute erupted between two groups of Banglani community person over pretext of Karo-Kari, on it, a physically challenged youth identified as Mazaar Banglani was gunned down while four other villagers named Karamullah, Murad Ali and two other villagers, whose names could not be ascertained, sustained injuries in firing.

Area police controlled over the situation and moved the body of deceased to District Headquarters Hospital Shikarpur for autopsy and handed over the body of deceased to his heirs after completing medical legal formalities. The heirs of deceased put the body of deceased at Jail Chowrangi and demanded to arrest the killers of disabled youth.

Area police registered an FIR (138/2019) on the complaint of Gulzar Banglami, the brother of deceased Mazaar Banglai, against six suspects including Karamullah, Abdul Wahid, Murad Ali, Ghous Bux, Quraban, all of Banglani and one unknown armed assailants under concerned sections and started manhunt to arrest the killers.
