One dead after Sydney bikers clash.

Summary: A man has been killed in a suspected gang fight at Sydney airport.

A man has been killed in a suspected gang fight at Sydney airport.

A 28-year-old man was left with serious head injuries and a nurse who happened to be in the arrivals area tried to save his life, but he later died in hospital.

Police said it appeared a brawl involving "up to 15 outlaw motorcycle gang members" had broken out. Four men have been arrested over the attack.

Detective Inspector Peter Williams of New South Wales police, said the violence started when a group of men arrived on a flight into Sydney in the early afternoon and were met by another group of men who police "believe may be outlaw motorcycle gang members".

Eyewitnesses described how those involved used airport barrier poles as makeshift weapons.

Police say the airport attack may be related to a drive-by shooting earlier in the day in southwest Sydney, where seven houses were sprayed with bullets but there were no injuries.
