Leading floral and gift company makes e-tailing fun

and more convenient with voice technology

One Voice Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ONEV), the leader in Human Interface Technology (HIT)(TM) and FTD.COM today announced a marketing partnership that will provide consumers with an exciting new interactive shopping experience.

Under this multi-year, commission-based agreement, One Voice will license its VoiceSite(TM) technology to FTD.COM, enabling customers to navigate the floral and gift site and make purchases just by talking to the website. One Voice will also cross promote FTD.COM to IVAN- Intelligent Voice Animated Navigator(TM) users as a preferred partner for flowers and gifts.

VoiceSite brings websites to life by adding a new dimension to the Internet and is the only technology that can instantly make websites talk. Consumers can access FTD.COM's online shopping content by simply speaking to their computer and, in the near future, by mobile phone and other wireless devices. IVAN will greet visitors by name, answer questions, suggest products and take floral and gift orders.

"Our marketing partnership with FTD.COM confirms our commitment to work with best-in-class companies that are dedicated to providing superior technology to meet their customers' evolving needs. As the leader in Human Interface Technology, One Voice is continually expanding our customers' reach by providing them with revolutionary ways to conduct business on the Internet, using PCs, mobile phones and other wireless devices, by creating powerful and intuitive voice-based solutions," said Dean Weber, chairman and CEO of One Voice Technologies.

"FTD.COM is committed to offer its customers the latest products, services and e-commerce options. Our relationship with One Voice gives our customers access to shop our site through innovative voice technology," said Michael J. Soenen, president and CEO of FTD.COM.
