One Russian Tourist Dead, 12 Injured in India Road Accident.

New Delhi, Sha'ban 12, 1435, Jun 10, 2014, SPA -- One Russian national died and 12 were injured when the bus in which they were travelling fell into a river in the northern Indian hill state of Uttarakhand Tuesday, police said.

The group of Russians was travelling from Uttarkashi to Gangotri when the bus plunged into the Bhagirathi river, dpa quoted senior police official RS Meena as saying.

The accident occurred near Dharali, about 250 kilometers north-east of the state capital, Dehradun.
